Closest airport, about a 1-hour drive. Recommended for most attendees.
Boston Logan (BOS)
About a 3-hour drive. More flight options but longer travel time.
Bradley, Hartford (BDL)
About a 2-hour drive. A reasonable alternative depending on routing.
Rental cars strongly recommended
There is no public transportation between the airports and Williamstown, and Uber/Lyft are not reliable in this area. Plan to rent a car at your arrival airport.
Airport carpooling
Carpooling from Albany may be organized informally. When you preregister, indicate your arrival airport and time and whether you would like to share a ride.

Driving & parking
Roads to and around Williamstown are scenic and typically traffic-free. Snow is highly unlikely in early October. Parking in town is free and plentiful; specific lot information for the meeting building will be sent to registered attendees.
